The Divine Pines of Topsail Sound

Merrior: Everyday, twice a day, the tides push and pull the cool Atlantic seawater through the New Topsail inlet. The blue-green, nutrient rich water runs over the lush Spartina grass, sandy mud mixed oyster beds, and into Topsail sound. Oysters from Topsail Sound have been enjoyed by many who claim its salty, buttery, briny, goodness, as some of the Best that North Carolina has to offer. 

Terrior: Nestled in-between the Holly Shelter Gameland, whose hundreds of acres of untouched N.C. Pine has a huge impact on taste, and Topsail Island. Topsail Island (pronounced Tops’l) is a long skinny barrier island that separates our farm from the Atlantic ocean and derives its name from an awesome part of history! 

The Taste: Open Ocean salt engulfs the nose and pallet strong as soon as the shell hits the lips. Then quickly sways the taste buds with a pallet cloaking salt and complex fatty buttery flavors.
